They are able to teleport and control their teleportation. It also causes them to become literate and grants +99 St, +99 Le, +99 Wi, +99 Dx, +99 To, +99 Ch, +99 Ap, +99 Ma, +99 Pe, +5000 spd, fire, cold, acid and shock immunity, poison, stunning, petrification, confusion and paralysation resistance, teleport control, random teleportation, blessing, luck, fate smiles, cursing, dooming, three wishes and a 99% chance of instant death.
